Who we are

JK Home Support is an independent personal support service run by Jane Kalinina, serving Kitchener–Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph & surrounding areas. You can reach us at (519) 572-7259 or jkhomesupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, phone number, and anything else you fill in: an email address, who the support is for, the type of support, preferred days and times, and a message. If you reached the site from one of our Google ads, the form also sends the ad’s click identifier, explained below.

Please do not put medical details in the form. Those are better discussed by phone or in person.

How it reaches us

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form service that delivers your message to us by email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

What we use it for

To reply to you and, if you would like, to arrange a consultation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not store anything on your device and does not identify you.

If you arrive from a Google ad, the link includes a click identifier added by Google. This website does not store it. If you then send the contact form, the identifier goes with your message, so we can tell that the ad led to your enquiry, and we may report that to Google Ads. We never send Google your name or contact details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing jkhomesupport@gmail.com. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
